Mauro Pet Care Products A++!!

Whenever I am out grocery shopping I always take a peak at the pet aisle to see if they have anything new on the shelves. A couple of weeks ago I was at a local grocery store and saw a display for Mauro Pet Products, this display was new so I wandered over to check things out. What I saw on the display were elegant looking bottles of pet shampoo, conditioner and other fur products. A beautiful image of a Papillon drew my eye to a shelf below the bottles, where I noticed samples of the product. I grabbed some threw them in my bag and checked out of the store. The samples stayed in my bag for a few days, then they went on into Hannah’s drawer in my room. I didn’t think about using the samples much, I was more interested in the Papillon on display anyhow.

It finally came time to give Hannah a bath so I figured I would try out this new Mauro Pet Essential Elements shampoo and conditioner. First I checked out the website to find out a little more about the product. Most importantly, the ingredients - I was pleasantly surprised to see that the ingredients were all natural ones. No weird chemicals or dyes, just hydrolyzed wheat protein which moisturizes and strengthens the fur or hair, along with natural oils and botanicals. The website even goes to the length of providing the region of the world in which Mauro gets their ingredients from. The founder of this product, Mauro Spina, is a world renown hair stylist who has salons in Europe and in Beverly Hills. His purpose for creating pet products came when he sought to find a high quality holistic pet shampoo for his own dog.

So, what did I think of Mauro’s product? I can’t stop raving about it! I normally don’t get excited for pet shampoos, after all I’m just a pet sitter not a groomer, but this one gets me excited. When I opened the little sample package I noticed it had a nice smell, it lathered up nicely on Hannah’s fur and rinsed right out. The conditioner also had a nice smell, if you know me I am picky about smells but this product smells natural and fresh. I took Hannah out of the bath and towel dried her then we sat outside in the sun to completely dry. The thing I like about the Mauro shampoo and conditioner is that when Hannah was dry she smelled like she had just come from the groomer, even though she was only towel dried. NO WET DOG SMELL!!! What I found even more amazing was that even the day after her bath she still smelled like she had just come from the groomer. Hannah’s fur feels silky soft and she even received compliments on how soft her fur felt while we were out shopping. Mauro Pet Products are hands down the best pet shampoo and conditioner I have ever used, I am looking forward to trying out the other Mauro products such as the body mist and pest repellent dry shampoo.
